A perfect choice for those seeking a Tyrolean holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby better known resorts, Haus Sonntal sits just 2km from the centre of the typical Tyrolean village of Fieberbrunn. Under the same ownership as the Hotel Obermair (50m), and enjoying use of the hotel's facilities, it makes a superb base for a wonderful Tyrolean holiday at any time of year.Protective of its charming village centre, Fieberbrunn has managed to maintain its Tyrolean heritage despite its proximity to hectic resorts such as nearby Kitzbhel. Together with offering a host of all weather amenities, including its own small lake, the village is superbly situated for enjoying the spectacular mountain scenery a summer chair lift takes visitors to the top of the Kitzbheler Alps for some of the most scenic walks available (guided and suitable for all ages). A drive across the Gerlos Pass combined with a trip to Europe's highest waterfall at Krimml is a scenic must, while a visit to medieval Rattenberg, famous for its glorious church and beautiful glass and crystal is highly recommended.
