Amidst 90 acres of beautiful countryside within the Snowdonia National Park, this charming, traditional stone cottage makes a wonderful holiday base whatever the season. Dating from 1650 and set on the owners' working farm, it boasts a magnificent inglenook fireplace and cosy, comfortable accommodation. There is superb walking from the door and the National Trust's Cregennan lakes (pictured) lie just mile away whilst Fairbourne's lovely Blue Flag sandy beach is 3 miles. Riding, golf and fishing are all found nearby. Dolgellau 6 miles. Shop 3 miles, pub serving food 4 miles.

Two bedrooms. Beamed sitting room with electric 'wood burner effect' stove in inglenook fireplace. Fitted kitchen with dining area and spiral stairs to first floor Double bedroom. Bunk bedded room with additional single bed (for + 1). Shower room/W.C.
